Over the past 2 months I have been going to EMDR therapy. It has radically changed my perception of myself and allowed me to process out a negative mental block I held that I was stupid.

Spiritual dryness is a brutal season of life.
Itâs like opening up the refrigerator, staring at the plethora of options, yet nothing sounds good. You donât want any of it.
You donât want to pray, donât want to read your Bible or even go to church. Or you just feel, well, blah in your walk with God.
You look at others and think âThey are so full of Godâs spirit and joy, how come I canât have that?â

I have gone through seasons of spiritual dryness and will continue to experience them in the future. They can become frustrating, depressing, worrisome and even numbing.
We arenât immune to these dry seasons, but being able to know how to combat and grow through this season is key.
